Check your resume against the job description.
Upload a PDF, DOCX, or LaTeX resume and optionally paste the target job. ResumeTeX returns its own keyword-and-structure analysis with a visible breakdown. It does not run or reproduce an employer's private ATS.
The interactive checker loads in your browser.
Resume files and job descriptions are never included in analytics events.
The Problem
A generic resume makes the right experience harder to find.
- One generic resume sent to every role.
- Missing the exact keywords the posting actually asks for.
- A document layout that some recruiting systems may parse inconsistently.
- No EU photo-CV format for German, French, or Dutch applications.
- Reformatting by hand for an hour, every single application.
The Difference
The same effort. A very different resume.
Without ResumeTeX
- The same resume sent to every posting
- A Word .docx an ATS can mis-read
- Keywords matched by hand, if at all
- Cover letter written from scratch each time
- No EU photo-CV format
With ResumeTeX
- Tailored to each job description
- A LaTeX PDF with a clean, single-column text layer
- Keyword gaps surfaced for you
- Cover letter + cold email drafted from your resume and the JD
- EU photo CV handled

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Is the output really LaTeX, or just a PDF that looks typeset?
It is a real .tex file you can download and recompile. The exported PDF has a searchable text layer rather than an image-only document. Parsing still varies by employer system and configuration.
Will it work for non-technical roles?
Yes. The tailoring is driven by the job description you paste in, not by your field. Marketing, ops, finance, design - the same matching logic applies.
Does it invent experience I don't have?
It is designed to work from evidence already in your resume, but AI can make mistakes. Review every title, date, metric, skill, and claim before using an output.
What happens when I run out of credits?
The 3 signup credits are granted once and do not refill. If you need more, choose a monthly plan or a one-time pack from the live pricing page. One-time pack credits do not expire.
Do you really support EU photo CVs?
ResumeTeX offers an optional photo-block format for markets where a photo CV is customary. Expectations and discrimination rules vary by country and employer, so check the local convention before including one.
Is there a universal 'ATS score'?
No. There is no single industry-wide ATS score. We report ResumeTeX's keyword-and-structure match against the job description you provide, with a visible rubric and breakdown.
